This seminar is designed for climbers with experience outdoors who want to know and develop competency in the fundamentals of traditional leading, multi-pitch climbing, and self-rescue techniques.

Abilities in climbing 5.7 or greater, belaying, and outdoor experience are prerequisites for this course.

Belay methods and stance management for leaders and followers
